Certified Lake Service Providers

The new Minnesota Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) regulations require all Lake Service Providers to be trained and pass a test in AIS prevention. Lake Service Providers are defined as anyone who installs or removes water-related equipment or structures from waters for hire. This includes boat dealers, boat storage facilities, dock and lift installers and also lake pump irrigation installers.
