The new Minnesota Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) regulations require all Lake Service Providers to be trained and pass a test in AIS prevention. Lake Service Providers are defined as anyone who installs or removes water-related equipment or structures from waters for hire. This includes boat dealers, boat storage facilities, dock and lift installers and also lake pump irrigation installers. As of April 17th, the following Crow Wing County area companies have been certified:
